In 2007 Steve and Shay Morgan collaborated to establish their dream venture which became Shay’s Jewelers. Combining Steve’s business acumen and instinct for client’s needs with Shay’s experience, design skill and ability to connect they have formed one of the most trusted and respected jewelers in Alabama. We have chosen to be a part of the Hoover community from the very beginning which is how we have become the family jeweler for multiple generations. Over the years Shay Morgan has used her insight to provide phenomenal care to all of our customers which has built a legacy of integrity and passion for her craft along the way. From her start in jewelry to founding her very own business, she has a wealth of knowledge to share from over 20 years building a reputation in the industry. Shay completed studies with the Gemological Institute of America to earn her Graduate Gemologist degree in June of 2013. Along with extensive years of appraisal experience she has become renowned for her understanding of diamonds and gemstones. Shay is also known for her vision and keen eye for detail in custom jewelry design.
