Wow!! This location is very nice!! All staff is very friendly and create a welcoming environment for your pet! We have been following Dr. Rutter for years, she is the absolute best!! She takes her time with all pets which is especially helpful for the ones who are a little more nervous than others. Not to mention some take home goodies!!! 10/10!
Our dogs always seem happy when they leave. Dr. Rutter and the whole staff was great with our English Shepherd who just passed away. Very compassionate and caring. They made a difficult situation as good as could be under the circumstances.
This clinic is the BEST! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt comfortable and confident in their service. Dr. Rutter is truly one of a kind! She explained my dog's surgery from start to finish and made sure that I made the final decision but had all the facts, and she answered every question thoroughly. I never once felt rushed by anyone because I did have ALOT of questions but each member of the staff made sure I felt confident before I walked out.
