Dr. W. Ryan Carr is the owner and operator at Pelham Animal Clinic. Dr. Carr is an Alabama native. He attended Opp High School before receiving his bachelors degree at Auburn University and Doctorate at the Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Carr lives nearby with his wife Katie, his daughters Sarah and Maria, son William, and their dog Atlus.
Some of the most caring and kind people I've met in a while. Friendly, honest, and loving. Our new furry friend could feel the love. He wasn't scared or on guard. He purred the whole exam.
I am so beyond thankful I found this place. I have never been to a vet clinic with such fair prices. I live about 30 minutes away, but it is well worth the drive to take my babies here. Dr. Carr and his team are always incredibly kind and work very hard to offer good service at an affordable price.
Dr. Carr is so patient and reassuring as well as the staff. I’ve had to put down 3 beloved pets there and he handled it each time with such respect, dignity and grace. Takes wonderful care of my precious dog Patsy. Love him to death!
