Dr. Mary Claytor opened Oxmoor Animal Clinic in 1982, 1 year out of veterinary school. Over the years, she has established herself in the Birmingham veterinary community and gained devoted clientele, without whom Oxmoor could not be thriving today. My 12.5 year old dog suffered sudden right side paralysis and this vet (who I had never been to before) treated my girl with such great care! The doctor concluded that it was likely IVDD, and gave her the treatment she needs to hopefully recover and keep her pain free. The doctor also gave me hope when I thought I was only days away from making a tough decision. I would recommend this office to anyone with pets…I know all of my dogs will be patients of theirs for years to come!
Dr. Claytor and her team are good at what they do and so caring that I would trust them with any animal we have. The staff is great. Bebe and Moose are lucky to have the people at Oxmoor Animal Clinic
