Craft’s is family-owned by the O’Neals. Since its first location opened in 2018, it has become a staple of Mountain Brook’s vibrant Crestline Village dining and catering scene. The O’Neals are proud third generation restaurant owners, so restaurant know-how and a passion for serving others runs deep in the family. They’ve been valuable partners and community advocates throughout Birmingham for generations, building alliances with local businesses and schools as well as participating in numerous philanthropic efforts.
Two Locations
We remodeled the interior of our restaurant in Crestline Village prior to opening as Craft’s on Church Street in 2018, making it the perfect environment for lunch and dinner. And if you prefer to eat outside, our sidewalk tables are just the place for gathering safely while taking in the beautiful views of Church Street in Crestline Village.
In 2023, we opened our second location on 7th Avenue downtown so even more of the Birmingham community can enjoy our delicious menu!
First, the chicken here is awesome because the breading is crispy on the outside and juicey on the inside. The honey mustard I had was made in house and it wasn't too sweet! The atmosphere is great, very clean and family oriented with both inside and outside seating to enjoy your meal.
Had a sample of the catering menu brought to my office today. While the fried chicken was definitely the highlight, the sides were all fantastic as well.
My wife and I were leaving the Birmingham area and attempted to try another place for breakfast which unfortunately was closed. A nice guy who was out with his family recommended we try Crafts and I’m glad to report it was well recommended.
Upon arrival, my wife and I quickly scanned the menu and ordered. I ordered the Chicken, Egg and Cheese Burrito and my wife ordered the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit. Our meals and coffee were delicious and the staff was courteous and helpful.
