Great equipment and very knowledgeable staff that help you decide the right equipment for your needs. I own numerous types of equipment that I have purchased from their stores. I have also used their service department many times as well and always had great results. IN fact one time the issue was not fixed and they made it right very fast. That says a lot to me on how someone handles problems and they were great.
Great help from these guys, called the Vestavia Hills store and asked them to hold a Stihl fs 56 c-e trimmer for me and they still had it on hold 2 days later. Great customer service and they don't try to upsell anything or waste your time. I'll definitely be going back to them for any of my Stihl needs.
